Addition of New Authorized Signers

The following documents are required In order to add a new authorized signer to your current BCP MIAMI account:

	Copy of the current ID.
	Signature Sheet.
	Authorized Signers Information Form.
	Corporate Resolutions. (Including all authorized signers of the account).
	Internet Banking Modification Form.

Note.- New Authorized Signers must be already added to BCP Peru Accounts.
